My dog/puppy is like a child to me. Dr Tindle and her staff love my fur baby as much as I do! This is the first animal I have purchased. I got her as a puppy and they have provided exceptional service. They have provided me with all the tools I need as a first time puppy owner. The Dr's and staff at Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital are the BEST. Having seen many of the doctors, I can tell you they are all good and our favorite, Dr. B is just amazing. She is caring and kind. Her love for her patient is so noticed and the bond begins. Mocha has had the best care available through this hospital. Thank you Dr. B and staff!!
I went here because my Vet wasn't available. I would not recommend this vet because they recommended services and procedures that were not necessary. And what was done didn't fix the issue with my fur baby. I know that because my regular Vet fixed the problem. It's expensive enough to go to the vets, but even worse when it is a waste of your time and money!

This place cares about 1 thing! YOUR MONEY! NOT Your Pet. When i first switched to going there bc last vet along the beach was too expensive, they tried to sell me $900 shots for my dog w/o knowing what the issue was...(labs not done yet). AND while I'm traveling, i try to buy some Flea/Tick/Heartworm monthly pill online and these suckers won't send a script w/o an EXAM!!!??? I have come across these individuals thinking that they were very professional. Wanted to ask somebody a question. And it seems like the color of my skin has repelled them and repulse them. This is a horrible practice. I would say they nickel and dime you endlessly but it is more like hundreds and hundreds of dollars for services NOT requested and NOT required. Although I was warned, I tried them anyway and after a few visits I realize the validity of the warnings. If you consider $300 for an ear infection acceptable then this is your place. I wish I can give it a zero but yelp doesn't allow it. We waited a month to get an appointment for our beautiful rescue dog. When my husband got here for the appointment, he was told it was canceled because the groomer had a headache. We rescheduled the Appointment. To our surprise, we got charged $75.plus tax for the groom. PLUS, they charged us $32. To extract her anal glands, which every where I have been that is included. The took my beautiful Havanese puppy and desecrated her. Changed groomers, but never told me and this guy really botched her. I cry every time I look at her. And it is OAKHURST VETERINARY CENTER'S fault. They lose very difficult to replace dental orthotics THEIR VET ORDERED HER TO USE. (So therefore the did NOTHING prescribed by their own vet. This place is terrible. Will take your money and give you false hope by telling you your pet is okay just send him home to die. He died not three days later. They knew he was probably terminal but took our money anyway. Real pos vets. Response to Brynn: No I have the right place. You have no record of me because I wasn't the one that took my dog there.
