Placing a loved one in a care facility is a difficult decision. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against entrusting your loved one to this facility or its staff. The care and interaction with my dad makes me feel more at ease about him not being at home. My dad who is a resident here now smiles and interacts with people so much!! They have brought him out of his shell. Couldn't ask for a better place!
This is a wonderful facility!! My mother is a resident there and the care she receives is wonderful!! They treat her like family! The staff is ALWAYS willing to assist her in any way they can! I 💯 recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of care for their loved one.
My mother is in the Assisted Living and has transitioned very well due to the attention and support she receives from the staff. She enjoys the meals and is able to maintain her abilities with just enough support to always remain safe and happy. I’m glad we chose the Oaks. Donna Tisdale
Oaks at Charleston was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Their staff is supportive and caring. I appreciated the communication and support, particularly as mom transitioned from assisted living to memory care. The memory care team and staff were phenomenal, deeply caring and understanding. They are encouraging and simply the best!
