The hotel is next to the beach. But too far from shopping locations, restaurants etc. the rooms were not very clean. Some of the staff was helpful but others were not, there were no towels in my room and I had to ask 4 different people to finally get them. I would probably not stay in this place again. My overnight plane arrived at 7:00 am didn't get my room until 4:00 pm.😕
Nice hotel near the beach in Cancun Pros- Staff is super friendly and nice. Free wifi- but disconnects at times. The all inclusive package is good- everything is included no exclusions! Good value, clean, no frills-- I'd stay here again My bf and I enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa. Our flight got in really early but the staff held our luggage for us until check-in and gave us wristbands to access food, drinks, activities, etc when we arrived instead of making us wait until 3pm. Great trip and good experience. We had a wonderful vacations in Ocean Spa Hotel. The food at the buffet was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and good activities to entertain the crowd.
Decent but would not go to this hotel again The hotel is 1/2 hour away from the airport. The rooms were clean but it had a odor to it (like old closet). The fixtures in the hotel was very old and rusty. House keeping was very good, they came everyday to changed the sheets and restocked the towels. The food was slightly below average for my taste. Enjoyable stay with all needs met! This hotel is the perfect size, as compared with some of the overwhelmingly huge resorts. Free parking, great food, beautiful beach, and very well appointed guest rooms. The Mexican restaurant was awesome and the staff there was exceptional. Not a 4 star luxury property but a great value & was perfect for what I needed. You won't be disappointed!
Nice hotel with great restaurants They were decent in all aspects. My towel card got lost twice but the language barrier didn't help with that. My room was always clean and smelled of lavender. The bartenders were great, Julio and Bruno. They gave italian, asian and Mexican restaurants at the hotel as well as others at the four connecting hotels. It was all exquisite and included. The beach had lots of seaweed growing and no waves. Over all I had a great time but there are some of the basics of what you can expect.
