Just O.K. Hotel staff was excellent and room was clean. The food was not good at all, the drinks were watered-down and not much of a beach/swimming area. In this case we got what we paid for! Will spend a little more next time. The overall stay was just ok!

Nice Hotel Most of the staff members were pleasant, especially Ismael in the dining room. However, the concierge was rude. The room was comfortable, the food could have been a little better but it was ok. The hotel grounds was clean and overall it I would rate it at 4 stars, not 3. I would recommend it.
가격대비 알찬 가족여행 전체적으로 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이였습니다. 특히 액티비티를 할 예정이라면 비싼 올 인쿨루시브 호텔을 예약하기에는 비용적 부담이 있고 그렇다고 그냥 숙박만 하기에는 차도 없고 길도 모르는 낫선 멕시코에서 식사 해결이 부담 이었는데(특히 아이둘을 데리고 다니는 엄마로서..) 올 인쿨루시브 로는 매우 저렴해서 부담이 없었고 아이들이 어려 너무 큰 호텔은 불편했는데 그런걱정이 없었다..작지만 알찬호텔!
einfach super Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, das Personal ist das freundlichste was mir bis jetzt begegnet ist. Das Essen im Hotel war nicht so berauschend, aber dafür gibt es ja genug Alternativen
Had a wonderful stay. Weather was perfect. Staff was great. Only downfall was not much beach. Lots is seaweed
The hotel is next to the beach. But too far from shopping locations, restaurants etc. the rooms were not very clean. Some of the staff was helpful but others were not, there were no towels in my room and I had to ask 4 different people to finally get them. I would probably not stay in this place again. My overnight plane arrived at 7:00 am didn't get my room until 4:00 pm.😕
Nice hotel near the beach in Cancun Pros- Staff is super friendly and nice. Free wifi- but disconnects at times. The all inclusive package is good- everything is included no exclusions! Beach is nice Convenient store across the street It's easy to get around to other places No weird hotel fee when you check out Cons- Hotel won't let you check in before 3pm- but you can relax and eat while you wait. Super Super Essen vom Buffet!! Super sauber ! Für uns war es genau richtig! Tolles Essen... super nettes Personal! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
