If you are looking for some place not so expensive you can stay here and visit all the other 4 other resorts owned by them. You can take free shuttle to go there for day! They even let you eat there. This property isn’t on the beach, sandy water but more like a bay side. I have been to Cancun many times and this was by far the worst with food options. I wasn’t impressed. El hotel es muy básico, pocas opciones de comida y bebidas. La estructura es muy vieja y requiere mantenimiento.

I came from one of the sister resorts - Ocean Marina and this resort was not nearly as nice, food was limited and not very good and the staff was not nearly as friendly as the staff at the marina resort. There was no room service here and I was "not allowed" to get a plate to go to my room. The gym was very small. I would not go back here after being at the other sister resorts (Marina and Royal).

The staff went beyond our expectations. Jesus make some of the drinks. We loved all the staff and managers. The rooms were a bit out dated for the hype , but ypu can tell they are working on it. The spa was amazing.
