The staff is fantastic! Miguel and Jesus are fantastic bar tenders!! Viktor was a fantastic entertainer, really enjoyed talking with him as well! We would definitely come back.

I was traveling by myself and was trying to stick to a budget. It was my first time in Cancun and my first time in Mexico so I picked the Hotel Zone. The Ocean Spa resort was very safe. As a single woman I was not concerned for my safety at all at the facility, on the beach or walking in the area. There were lots of friendly tourists and families.
