I have used this establishment to alleviate the headache of trying to find time off work to appeal my tax increases. O'Connor and Associates has been absolutely diligent in their attempts to lower my rates and have been able to do so on more than one occasion! They don't charge if there is no recovery...That says alot for ANY establishment and it is something you almost never hear of anymore. They have my loyalty until I don't have to pay taxes...which will be a LONG TIME!

Been custoner for 12 yrs. Had 6 properties protested in 2023. Only one had a reduction in appraisal. Very small reduction. Neighbors seem to have had better results with other companies and self protests.
