My experience with Dwayne Williams at O'Connor was very good. We reviewed the protest process and how it related to our property, to insure O'Connor had all the information they needed to proceed. We also discussed how we could keep up with the status of our protest on clientportal.poconnor.com.

Terrible. First time fighting my tax. Signed up with this firm to do that for me. Signed an agreement months ago, today received an email telling me that they were not able to attend my appeal hearing due to me getting them signed authorization back. Failed to lower my property tax.I have loan value reports plus home inspection in which states foundation damage. I have used them on multiple properties for over 10 years. They always did a good job for me until this year. NOT good at all NOW. They no showed the dispute meeting and the property had a $ 200K increase in value. I had to call the appraisal district to find this out... as the O'Connor rep I spoke with told me that they were still disputing it and waiting on the final resolution from the appraiser.
