My experience with Dwayne Williams at O'Connor was very good. We reviewed the protest process and how it related to our property, to insure O'Connor had all the information they needed to proceed. We also discussed how we could keep up with the status of our protest on clientportal.poconnor.com.
Oconner calculated my savings as $562 and billed me (25%) $140. My actual savings are only about $69, so their invoice is for more than 2x my savings. The difference is due to their method, which does not include and "Homestead Exemptions", "Over 65 Exemptions", "School Tax Exemptions" or any other exemptions. Their services are not beneficial for anyone with any kind of tax exemptions.
