I have long ago paid O'Connor for tax years 2021 and 2022. Nonetheless, O'Connor insisted on additional payments for both years because, according to O'Connor, further tax reductions had been made. I told O'Connor I would be happy to pay more if I got further reductions. O'Connor refused to cooperate even though I explained my position orally and in writing many times. I have now paid, and I still have no further reductions.
Over the years O’Connor has never disappointed and we have come to expect excellent service with knowledgeable employees who have their clients best interest in mind. Keep up the good work!
