You responded back there was no Hearing file by you? You did nothing you didn't have a hearing. There was no hearing and you produced nothing to the county you just accepted the evaluation..and the matter is over now screwing us Because the county will not open it up after your stupid decision to do absolutely nothing, you didn't even offer a lower counter offer. A bunch of lying BS, they don't do the work they and compile a list of homes and never challenge the evaluation on many of the houses, they provide no evidence to support the claim they tired to lower the property taxes. All the homes similar to mine and bigger on my street has lower values. We called the county brazoria and these folks did nothing and just accepted the county high evaluation with zero challenges over the past two yrs.. If all you are looking for is a basic reduction , which you can easily do yourself, then by all means use O’Connor. Will only cost you half the savings that you could have gotten on your own. For the most part, they will get that done. If you need to actually go to the next level, arbitration, Run away as fast as you can. O’Connor will not actually do anything, and in my case, end up costing you money. Bottom line, use anyone else.
They saved me $212 on a $550k+ house. Netted me $106. wow. I guess it was worth five minutes they worked on the case.
Worse company to work for.HR is horrible, everyone sleeps with each other; rumors spread like wild fire at this company. DONT WORK HERE! And Erica in the customer service department is a liability for this company. OSHA is very familiar with this company.
These people are criminals. They will take your money upfront and then badger you for a 5 star review before your case starts. This is why they have so many good reviews but look at all their 1 star reviews and you'll see why. Their agent, Reynaldo, lied to my face several times and then hid when I tried to call and see him at the office after stealing thousands from me.
