Excellent response from the associate but it was the same tax amount there is no benefit from the Oconnor.

Started process but pulled back. You could have checked yourselves and discovered our property is still under a tax freeze.

Have used O’Connor for 20 years and they’ve reduced my property taxes most of the years. Recently moved to another city (county) and once I contacted them they engaged and said it was past protest deadline. They signed me up and sent me numerous notifications regarding my property tax protest and I know they will be on top of it next year!

I don't know. The Ellis county appraisaI district raised the value by $70,000 (35% above 2022) of my property on Marvin Gardens. I sent at least 20 pictures to O'connor of abuse by the renters at that house and your company couldn't get it reduced $1.00. See my previous description. I lost all faith in your ability to help me. In my 56 years of marriage I have owned 11 different personal residences and 3 other properties and every time I personally protested the value of a property I got a reduction. No one has accomplished the goal of lowering my taxes,no one has communicated with me, worst of all, they automatically keep to bat for me without asking and with no vial results,! Very unhappy!!
