My expectation was to get my property tax or the valuation for my home/property lowered. O'Connor and Associates were unsuccessful.

The property taxes were not reduced. I am disappointed.
I gave O’Connor information to fight my property tax. One of which was the sqft of our property on the tax appraisal was about 10% too high. They accepted the first offer the county offered without looking at my file and didn’t dispute the sqft. Subsequently I protested the sqft and had it reduced and I have a meeting with the county to have the property tax reduced due to error in sqft.
Did not lower my taxes at all. I made zero improvements to my home and the tax value still went up substantially. I didn't save any money using o connor
They got my info but did nothing as of today.
Checking on date for protest Y’all missed the date and the district wouldn’t let me reschedule Same thing y’all did with my brother in law Told him that y’all had no one to send I told him to use y’all and we both got taken
