Service was pathetic. Made a big mistake of registering for property tax appeal. No updates whatsoever. No response to emails , no response to phone call . I even doubt if there is a company..

You claimed to get my property taxes reduced but you could not
There was no change in my tax appraisal, though I gave you several things that were in the repair stage ($7,500) fence replaced, and a toilet that was recently replaced ($400). Other things needing repair like sheetrock, and paint for water marks in the ceiling. Nothing... Last year when I contested it myself the appraiser was claiming my covered walkway was a patio. This was a waste of time, mine and yours.
