I made an agreement with the associate I was working with that I did not want to cancel my services with you. The associate was going to relay that info to her higher ups given that it was already canceled. But nothing was ever done. by the time I found out about this, it was too late to protest my taxes.

After accumulating notes, documents & photos over at least four weeks, I get a telephone call telling me that O’Connor would not handle our protest. It was VERY disappointing!
