This was one of the worst car washes I have had in ages. I got the most expensive wash, unfortunately. The staff did not care at all. They barely wiped off one large area of dirt after I complained. I realized it was a complete waste of time getting to deal with all the problems (small area of dirt all over the car, dirty floor mats, windows not thoroughly cleaned, etc. I will not return. Normally I would not write a review but this was so bad it was ridiculous.

I love this place!! They were a little more expensive then the average oil change but it is definitely worth it. They tell you up front that they don't work off commission but they'll advise you of additional service your car could use. They provide you with a beverage while you're waiting and explain everything that they're doing as they go. Then you get a free car wash, and they do a good job!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I got the synthetic oil change and was told they did free top offs. Went in today for a top off and they wanted to charge me. Even though I had already paid the $70 for the oil change... On top of that they tried to tell me you wont damage the engine by going back and fourth between conventional and synthetic, I know that not to be true. If you care at all about your freedom / ride, DO NOT GO HERE.

Be careful here for service other then wash. They have to sell you things you do not need for additives for the car. Said I had an oil leak and need stop leak. 4,000 miles and other guy said it was full before the change. Put in 5.5 qts of oil which the car will not accept and charged an extra almost $2. for the .5. Other oil/filter changes have been 4.5 qts usually and manual says 5? Sell, sell, is the goal of all the service men and commissions must be high besides being pushed upon them by the greedy owner. They were bad ... read more

I went there for a car wash and my antenna broke off. The manager ( I forgot to get his name) spent over a half hour and fixed it with a replacement. I know that is not their fault it broke but the level of concern and care he put in to ensure I was pleased was exceptional. I will continue to have my oil changed and car cleaned by them with confidence. Just Superb

These guys are superb. Yes they do offer extras to add on throughout the service, but they say upfront they don't work on commission, so they won't pressure you. After a simple "no thank you," they politely move on. I'll never go anywhere else for an oil change. They are extremely polite and thorough!

I am consistently impressed by the attentive and friendly service. I have shifted many of my service requirements from my dealer to OilStop. While I like my dealer, I appreciate the kindness and convenience of service while I wait in my car. The free drinks and quick turnaround are a bonus. This store is particularly good because I have not had to wait.

Sent a family member to get the oil changed and ended up paying almost twice what the factory dealership charged me last time. They felt pressured into purchasing extra services.
