Awful awful experience. We brought our car in for simple oil change and a small fix, they said we could leave it overnight because they were closing and it would be the first thing they did the following morning and would be ready for pick up early, Easy fix they said. So the next morning we wait around for hours. I am a senior citizen and a little over two years ago I lost my home in the Valley Fire of Lake county and wound up living in a temporary cottage (and thankful for it) in Petaluma. I was driving in Rohnert Park a few weeks after moving into the cottage and my car was not running well. I stopped at the gas station adjoining the Oilstop and I checked the oil, it was not only a little low but looked awful. Super good customer service, very informative and helpful, I came in for the 31 point oil changed and was very impressed with how fast it was and that I got a drink while I waited in the car. They also have a discount for SSU students which brought it from 50 to like 35$ which is super cool when you gotta save money any way you can! Will definitely be returning here for all my future oil changes!
This is the best place to get your oil changed. There are always coupons online! You also get a free car wash and they do a great job. Everyone is polite and there isn't any pressure to do other services. But if you do choose to replace an air filter etc.. their prices are totally fair.
The guys here are so helpful and polite great customer service Christopher was great and his manager hermino was great thank you guys so much.
Great place to go to get your auto serviced, clean, professional, not a lot of upselling. Free beverages while you wait, 30 day top off of fluids if needed. Thumbs Up!
