I wish ZEROwas an option! Long story short.. Thanks to shop neglect during a routine maintenance visit at this oil stop, my husband had to have the entire transmission of his 2013 Toyota Tundra ripped out and replaced (This truck was bought new off of the lot and is EXTREMELY well taken care of). It took oil stop THREE WEEKS to finally admit fault (even with proof) and accept responsibility for this... These guys, and girls, are FANTASTIC! My dog had an accident in my car and they COMPLETELY got rid of all evidence! They are always friendly, professional, and my car is super clean! Why go anywhere else?
While trying to get my oil changed, a worker named Pedro found out that I had an oil leak that also damaged my upper radiator hose and caused my coolant to leak too. Since he couldn't do a normal oil change in this case, Pedro replaced the hose, and refilled my coolant and enough oil to get by. This place has great service and allows you to sit in the comfort of your car.
The service was okay until one of the employee was cleaning my windows when the squeegee felt on my hood and he scratched it ..he seem nervous didn't say anything to me until I left there I check my hood .. Saw the scratch ... Not cool on his part he didn't say anything .. Won't be going there again I'll try the other oil stop
I love this place its so quick and easy and all the guys there are curteous and polite!! And they don't pressure you to get extra stuff, and always offer a free beverage you just feel better after going thru! Plus Justin and David and the guy in the white shirt always have a smile on their face!
These guys are awesome! !! They are fast, reliable and I love how they check everything and let you know if you need any other services. Justin is very nice and helpful and it didn't hurt that he was really cute. I will definitely be coming back!

Have been coming to this Car wash for over 2 decades since I moved here. Not only have they taken care of my personal vehicles but also my work vehicles. Never short of superior service! Very clean spot, free coffee and a very professional friendly staff. Highly recommended place to come!!!

Wish I could get less than a star. Pushy service and on top of it they over tightened the drain plug on my car where we had to have it chiseled out and pay for a new plug. I live 200 miles away and was just told to bring it in so they can show me the tools to guarantee it doesn't get too tight (I own the same tools, they can break and need recalibrated)
