So I Was leery about coming here in the first place since I've heard such bad things. But I gave it a shot. I pulled up they didn't seem that busy. Took 45 mins before I got in the bay. Once I got in the bay my car was ignored for about 20 more mins. Once someone started working on my car the kid who couldn't know much about cars look at it like it was some alien machine. I appreciate their consistent professionalism and courtesy. They go the extra mile to clearly explain everything they do. Even the sales receipt is well detailed which makes record keeping easier.

I probably got suckered into buying more things than I need, but I understood what was going on and my car needs a little TLC anyway. The guys I worked with were super friendly, very professional, and assured me that they'd seen dirtier cars. I love it when people telling me soothing lies.

This place is a no brainer for me! Beverages right away! Constant communication with prompt and polite comments from the service staff! 50 bucks and 30 minutes~includes a free car wash right down the street! One word~SOLD!

Hello I usually don't do yelp but had to make the effort. Yesterday was the worst car wash in my 66 year history. As I drove up and agreed to pay forty bucks for a car wash I knew it would probably be a poor job. But I was using a free coupon given to me by the manager the last time they attempted to wash my car. I've been coming here for years and I always get the same great service. The staff here is always friendly and always consistent in their quality and efficiency. I never feel pressured into additional services but I'm always made aware of my options.

Came by to see why my check engine light was on, they originally quoted 15-20 min wait to get to my car which I was totally OK with since I drove up about 30 min before they closed and they had a car in each service bay. I pulled my car behind one of the cars in a service bay, I was asked if I wanted a beverage and almost immediately I was helped. Julian was one of the most pleasant and polite employees I have ever dealt with. He was efficient and thorough helping me understand everything along the way. I wish ZEROwas an option! Long story short.. Thanks to shop neglect during a routine maintenance visit at this oil stop, my husband had to have the entire transmission of his 2013 Toyota Tundra ripped out and replaced (This truck was bought new off of the lot and is EXTREMELY well taken care of). It took oil stop THREE WEEKS to finally admit fault (even with proof) and accept responsibility for this...
