Have been a customer for 10+ years. Service is good except for one annoying problem. I drive a GMC 1500 pickup with 4 wheel drive. I request the tech change the oil/filter, lube chassis and check tire pressure only, nothing else. In spite of the minimum amount of labor incurred, I am charged an additional $3 because it is a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The technician and manager will not eliminate the $3 extra charge. For a $52.72 total charge, I'm going elsewhere

I've been using them since they first opened, with good to great results. Last Spring I paid for the $75 detailing. When I picked up my car all the paperwork in my door pocket was gone. They said it was in a bag in my trunk. Got home and no, there wasn't a bag in my trunk. There were tickets in there, not to mention other things, that I had just bought at $25 each. Have gone here for years. On the rare occasion I find a little miss on the job, they fix i immediatley with a smile. Oil guys are top notch and fun once you make it known you want th professional stiffness relaxed a bit-they are well trained! Biggest compliment is twice I have had cash found in the car handed to me-once $5 and once $50! Inside counter service is always prompt and friendly. They will continue to take care of all my BMWs

Pretty nice job... I have a black SUV and that can make it difficult to look nice. The interior of my car wasnt very dirty to begin with so it was easy to leave it better. My wash package included an interior dressing and nothing in the rear of my car was dressed, oh well. I came back a week later to take advantage of the "rain-check". The final attendant didn't complete the exterior dressing (I think he may have been newer, so no big deal.), he checked with his boss to make sure the package included it and he rushed around ... read more

This place is great. The men working are always friendly and nice and I never feel pressured to buy any extra service that they offer. I love that you can sit in your car and have a free beverage while you wait. It's pretty quick too. I love the free car wash you get as well. Although it is more expensive than I used to pay to have my oil changed, I think it's worth the extra money because they check so many things for your car and offer many other sevices. This is definitely the place I am always going to change my oil at.

These guys seem to work hard and keep a good honest maintenance record for your car. They aren't gonna change out your transmission, if you need major tune ups, go to a mechanic.

This place is great. They're quick and nice and don't make you feel like if you don't get something (like the special engine cleaning fluid) you'll die. I love not having to get out of my car and having free soda/water/coffee and wifi. They keep track of your information if you're a repeat customer, which is great if you have no idea when anything was taken care of last. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, these guys are AMAZING. While heading down to Marin County, our thermostat light came on and the van (a 1997 Chrysler Town & Country with over 230,000 miles) was clearly overheating. We took the next exit, RP Expressway, and pulled into the Chevron gas station, thinking we'd cool down for a few and top off the fluid, and pray. Took my truck here back in April and they said my truck seeping oil so they put some stuff in to help 6 months later I took it back for another oil change and they said it was still seeping oil. Cant fully trust or recommend them cause of what they did.
