Wish I could get less than a star. Pushy service and on top of it they over tightened the drain plug on my car where we had to have it chiseled out and pay for a new plug. I live 200 miles away and was just told to bring it in so they can show me the tools to guarantee it doesn't get too tight (I own the same tools, they can break and need recalibrated)

Been going to this company for years not this locations though, first time here they forgot to do a few things on my car, second time I went in there with my truck and they charged me an additional $50 RV/motor home fee and wasn't even able to complete the whole service such as air in the tires when it's clearly not a motor home just a higher truck. while the convenience of a drive through is nice I shouldn't have to mention several times that I only want oil and to please stop trying to sell me add-ons. I'll be changing my own, as I usually do, in the future.

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me i guess. I went to this oil stop hearing great reviews a few years back. Not a day after I left, my check engine light came on, I noticed my car was idling funny, and when i came to a complete stop and then got on the gas it would felt like it was going to stall. Two weeks later my transmission failed on the freeway and the car was dunzo. I told myself it couldnt possibly have been the oil change, figured it was coincidence. Very fast and professional, no complaints and at a fair price, 69.99 for synthetic. $5 off coupon on their website as well. I'll come back next time.

Wow, finally a oil change service that gave me complete confidence and a fair price. Pulled right in was offered several beverage choices complimentary. Never had to leave my car. Watched a team service my car in detail. Polite, fast, super knowledgable and they had every thing I needed for my car " which other places have come up short in the past. The manager Hermino was spot on with everything. I will be sending my friends here.

My dealership botched my radiator job. I was in Rohnert Park when my car overheated. I drove into Oilstop and Felipe saved the day. Got my car fixed and safe to be on the road again. If there were Angel Awards, this place and Felipe would definitely deserve it. They know what they are doing!!!!! Thanks!

I thought I would never do "cheap" drive-thru oil changes, thinking I was getting better service with Tillet's, the mechanic/ car dealer who sold me my car. They were too booked before a long trip so I went here instead against my better judgement.. The guys who work there are friendly and professional. I've gotten just basic oil changes and car washes. No complaints with the quality off this work. I will never be back, nor can I ever recommend this business to anyone else. When it was suggested I replace my transmission fluid after it having the entire unit exchanged fewer than 4000 miles prior, I began to wonder how many unsuspecting customers have had grossly unnecessary work done or fluids added to their vehicles.
