As everyone mentioned, very friendly...drinks offered, etc. The part that I didn't like was every few minutes someone would stop by and "recommend" they add something to my car (air filter, fluids at an extra cost, this & that). After a while, it was really annoying. I thought I was going in for a quick oil change. Not so quick (even though I was the only vehicle there) and not so cheap either (as others have commented). Will go back to my usual oil change shop next time.
Very nice, I'm so pleased. I was hungry, so stopped at the JBL lounge next door, then drove in to Oilstop where they gave me a drink to go with my lunch! I snacked as they worked and by the time I was done, so were they. AND I got a free car wash coupon too! I'll be back!
I paid for a synthetic oil change. I went to this store because I was going on a road trip and it was too late to go to another place. The oil change costs $72. On the road trip I noticed the car was making a new sound and found out that a gasket was missing from my oil cap. During the road trip my gas mileage was 2-4 gals less than normal. My first impression was that they were accommodating and friendly. Someone came over to ask if I wanted water or a soda immediately upon my arrival, and then every 10 minutes or so . But WoW was it expensive!! 45 bucks without even a new air filter! That was going to cost me another $14.99. It was fun sitting in my car as they worked on it from below, and they worked really fast. However, the cost for the services I received was way too high!
Service is good: they offer you coke, diet coke, coffee or water when you pull up. They are very efficent and helpful and get you out quick.
