As the other yelpers can attest - this is not your ordinary oil change place. They showed me my oil level before they changed it, showed me my air filter, made recommendations and even showed me the clean oil level when they were done. AND they too offered me a cold drink while waiting. They won a regular customer ...
Great and efficient. I really get a kick out of eavesdropping on their paramilitary banter going on underground. Kinda like that middle part of 'yellow submarine'. It's worth going for that alone. (The santa rosa one is better than the rohnert park one.) Just make sure you say no to all the 'extras' and don't feel pressured, or your bill could shoot up.
Had a good experience there today. Brought my car there because of Yelp...Only downside was that I saw others got coupons for a free car wash and I did not =( ...Nor did I get offered a beverage. They were very straight forward though and it was pleasant. But for $47 I was lookin' forward to that free carwash lol
I love drive through oil changes. I don't know what these other yelpers are talking about it taking too long...have you ever changed your own oil? Did it ever take less than half an hour? I don't think so. I got there at 11:10, was offered a tasty beverage (coffee, water, or soda) I said no thanks. Then they started working. They offered me some extra stuff but since I am a poor person I can only afford the minimal oil change. They show you everything along the way. Beware, it will take you no less than 45 minutes to get out of this oil change joint. And that was with just one car ahead of me. That is just way too long. In addition, they made me back up and change bays in the middle of my check-up. An oil change pit stop should take no longer than 20 minutes and you shouldn't have to be shifting and maneuvering your car around the different bays of the shop. Typically, I would not Yelp some random generic oil change shop in the middle of Santa Rosa, but this was just too irritating.
