This is my usual oil spot and I can get in and out pretty quick. Last time there was about a ten minute wait but the staff was still incredibly friendly and I got my cold beverage. If you have about 30 minutes to sip a soda in your car then this is the right place. If you have company or a book is nice but super friendly people!

Upon arriving at the station I was directed by a man to pull into the garage. I was looking to just drop off the vehicle and go shopping but was surprised to hear that they state I must remain in the vehicle during the approx 15 min service (well at least it's going to be quick). Then my face quickly dropped when he said its be 47.99 for an oil change and that because my car runs on synthetic oil, he'd charge me an extra $1.00 for some fee, and then $9.99 for every quart (4 1/2 qts). PRO: Great service! Everyone was very nice and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. CON: Rather pricey. For synthetic oil in my '04 Jetta it was $88. I could have gone to the dealer for less.

Ok, so I came to this oil stop just because it has the best reviews here on yelp for my area, and just like the majority of the reviews on here, they did a fantastic job and were extremely friendly and customer oriented. They offered me a beverage just like everyone said, and I got myself a 7 up. They explain everything and show you what was in your car. Well, my first review was before I went and I wanted to followup with an after... FABULOUS!!! I was taking a car that I had borrowed from a friend and as a thank you I wanted to have the oil changed. When I got there (greeted with :would you like coffee or water?" and they checked the dip stick I was told that the oil in the car looked very clean and full and that I didn't need a change! I absolutely love Oilstop! I've been going there for years and they are just the best. They take the time to explain what they are doing. And, have always gone over and above with the services they perform. I haven't met an Oilstop employee who wasn't upbeat and personable. I won't take my care anywhere else.

Yes, Great service! The team was responsive and well organized. Little things like offering a drink and checking all the things they check are add up. No sales pressure but very thorough explanations of issues. This is the Zen of oil change. I'll be back here for a tranny and differential service.

Third time and you are out. I used to go to oil stop all the time with my Toyota Camry. Service was polite, professional, and complete. I purchased a Volvo S70 and was told it needed Synthetic oil a much more expensive oil change. This car does not require synthetic so I started taking it to the dealership for service- strike one, my next car after an accident was a Volvo S80, I tried Oil Stop again the dealership is not open on Sat.
