Third time and you are out. I used to go to oil stop all the time with my Toyota Camry. Service was polite, professional, and complete. I purchased a Volvo S70 and was told it needed Synthetic oil a much more expensive oil change. This car does not require synthetic so I started taking it to the dealership for service- strike one, my next car after an accident was a Volvo S80, I tried Oil Stop again the dealership is not open on Sat. What a great place. I honestly have never had such a thorough and professional oil change. I've never been to a drive thru one so I was bit thrown off by the system of sitting in the car and having the mechanics talk to you through your window. They provided lots of information, a 33 point check and explained what everything did and why i needed it for my car without talking down to me or pressuring me to buy extras. I will give them a 5 stars all the way! As soon as my car stopped on the drive through, they asked me if I want anything to drink (water, soda, coffee, etc). The guys that work there are very nice and friendly. The entire oil change process only took about 10-15 mins and I was back on the road!

Excellent customer service but a very pricey oil change - $42.99, plus 100% markups on cabin filter ($35.99) and air filter ($16.99), both of which I needed. I like to support the shop by buying the smaller parts when possible but these were just too expensive - my final tag was over $100. I'll be replacing them myself next time.

This is like a pit stop at the Indy 500! Excellent customer service. They asked me what cool drink I wanted when I arrived, cleaned my windows, lubricated my doors, checked my tire pressure, checked all the fluids (mind you - don't buy anything unless you know you need it) - and, of course, changed my oil and filter. Total time was 18 min! Fabulous

On my visit today Robert, who offered good customer service, told me they don't make commission. When they showed me the stuff in my car, they didn't recommend I replace everything, so I felt like they were only giving me what was necessary. In the past other staff recommended I replace just about everything. Something has changed for the better at this Oilstop.

Went to oil stop today. Robert greeted us with complementary drinks and explained that there was no pressure to buy any product. Moises took over and did an excellent job. He topped off all my fluids. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Great drive through oil stop. Its very apparent that they are extremely customer service oriented. They are all very kind and do exactly their job. People complaining about how long it takes needs to chill out and not always expect a "fast food" experience. Your getting work done on your car, relax. I highly recommend going to this oil stop for your cars needs.
