This place does good oil changes. They might try to sell you stuff you don't need. so consult your manual.
Let me begin by saying WOW. I have never in my life been so pleased with the level of service when getting my oil changed. I've never been to a drive thru oil changing service so this was a first for me and I loved it! What a scam. They try to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. You can get a $300 oil change on a brand new electric car here. If you don't buy the crap they are selling for extra they get mad. They once put expensive synthetic oil in my radiator. YES, my radiator! So I don't buy extras as its too confusing for them and things my car does not require. However, according to our records, this was the first time you have used Oilstop for your car's maintenance. Having serviced millions of cars since opening our business, we have never mistakenly put oil in a radiator. Are you certain it was Oilstop and not another business that did this? In addition, your invoice shows that we did indeed discount your service by $10.
My boyfriend went here the other day for an oil change, the service was good, even asked us if we wanted water, coffee, or tea while we waited. All the staff was friendly and was not pushy about trying to get us to upgrade the services, although we were already getting a higher package since his car requires a full synthetic oil. But their prices for other things were very good, my boyfriend ended up replacing his air filter and they only charged 20 bucks. At the store they can run 40 or more for the same brand. This review is not on the actual services provided but on the waiting process. I came to get my oil changed on my lunch break, knowing it might be a bit of a wait, fine. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited about 35 minutes before I pulled up and they checked my oil to tell me my options. I was expecting to get the $44.99 oil change but was told my car takes synthetic so my options were $71.99 and $84.99. Why on earth were my options not given to me as soon as I drove up?? These guys seemed honest and thorough. They informed me that whomever did my last oil change left my air filter clips unclipped and unattached to the air box (thanks shitty ass pennzoil for doing that and Rockets Auto for not noticing it) that's why I switched places again. It's difficult around here to find decent/honest people to work on your car. Hopefully I've found the place for my oil changing needs. Thanks fellas!

These guys were great. I could easily have refused the extra services and expenses, but they did everything that I wanted and needed except brake check--just not what they do. They were professional and very cheery. I almost went to the Cleveland address of Oil Stop, but the Yelp reviews were not as good, so I waited a bit and got great service. I recommend them highly, AND be prepared to say no if you don't want extra services!!!! They do ask and are great if you want Or Not!
Very friendly, didn't oversell products I didn't need. I was in out, and spent less than I expected. I'll be back
