Horrible Customer Service! When I pulled into the lane, I specifically asked how long it would take. The attendant responded 15-30 mins. So, here I was patiently waiting.... So after 40 mins, the attendant started checking my fluid levels. At the 50 mins level, one of the attendants demanded I back out my car from the lane which of course does not make sense at all. I really like how they offer a drink, and even a little reading material. It's not the fastest, and not the cheapest, but they're very thorough and organized. They can even get your service record from another location if you can't remember when you last had something done. I keep going back because I trust them.
Went in like 15 minutes before they were closing and it was no problem. We asked about leaving the car to go get a beverage while they were working on the car, but they said they are a drive through and you stay with the car... so they gave us a couple sodas "on the house." then my wife hits her eye on this metal bar inside our car, and they come right out with an ice pack. very nice people. we never got the oil change because our plug was stripped, but we're headed back this morning while there mechanic is on shift so they ... read more
Will never go there again. Came in on a coupon for the oil change and in talking with the guy who checked me in, decided to also get a tune up while I was there. That was my mistake. I was there for 58 minutes but was charged over 2 hours of labor. Since they did both services, oil change and tune up, in the same time frame, shouldn't they charge for time actually spent on the car?? A total rip-off! For my 2007 Mazda 3, they informed me that the oil change cost $42, disposal fee of $2, oil filter supplemental charge of $15 for a total of $59 to change my oil - insane! I called Hansel Mazda who told me to come in for the oil change and I was out the door for $34. Since when did the dealer become the cost effective option?
I have never been to a drive thru oil change shop before. It's quite a hoot. You sit in your car, they bring you all the necessary forms plus a complimentary drink right to the window. They poke around under the hood and show you liquid stuff like oil on your oil stick (mine was a quart low) and then they show it again after they refill it. Meanwhile, my windows were washed, the air in my tires were filled (or let some air out like in the front) and the locks for the keys were oiled. I am an early riser and like to get routine stuff completed as early in the day as possible. Thought of switching to Oilstop for an early morning oil change. I could not find their hours posted on their poorly designed website and the Santa Rosa store phone has no voicemail greeting to provide store hours. Lo and behold, I found the store hours when coming to Yelp to voice my dissatisfaction. Too late, I took my business back to my previous so-so provider. A missed opportunity for Oilstop.
Yes very thorough. Quick w/out rushing u around, Very polite Worth it everytime just realize that just bc they reccomend a certian service does not mean that you actually have to get it- if you get every service they offer you can spend 200 easy- but an oil change is quick,easy, and affordable.
Fast, curtious, and clean. Very friendly staff and didn't push hard with their other options. I would return for sure.
