Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

I've always used this Oilstop when needing my oil changed, save for the one time I went to Valley Oil on Piner. Valley Oil wasn't impressive so I learned to just stick to what I know. All the guys here are really friendly and helpful. They do try to sell you other products but don't seem bothered if you tell them no. On busier days it's taken up to an hour but when I'm the only car it only took 30 minutes. After the oil change, filter, oil and engine cleaner it came to 80 bucks. $70 oil change, but that's what they charge every time at any Oilstop I go to. I also have a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid, so it takes the more expensive type of oil. Otherwise you could walk out with a $30 - $40 oil change. The reason why I'm reviewing this particular Oilstop is because of their service. This took me only 15 - 20 minutes and they were honest and told me that I had a scratched up skid plate and a crack on my air filter housing. I have been comming to Oilstop for a few years now and everyone is very friendly and promt. I was in a bind one time for my smog test and I had no time to take my car in. The owner offered to pick my car up for me so I would meet my deadline. THAT WAS SO HELPFUL. My business is right downtown so it was not to much trouble. Thank you Oilstop.

Misleading and deceptive business practices. STAY AWAY! got a quote of 42.99 only to be presented a bill of $116.21 with NO mention of a price change. I will never go there again. Other facilities charge in the $60 range for the same service. RIPOFF!! Not to mention a 45 minute wait before they even started!

Excellent service!!! They were very polite and caring. As soon as I arrived they asked if I wanted a glass of water. They were very quick in getting my information and I had two guys working in my car. I used to go to Jiffy Lube in Napa, but they closed it and I found this place in Santa Rosa. I highly recommend it, prices are fair and they were done in 20 minutes :)

Always come here cause the staff top notch & professional!!!! They make you feel appreciated, rather than just someone paying money!! I will always choose this location for my services on my 2006 Nissan Titan. :-)

In and out within 45 minutes. Friendly folks, very communicative every step of the way. They did offer additional services (for additional cost, of course) but that's part of their job, and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. I was offered a soda while waiting, and given a coupon at the end for a free car wash- not sure if this is a first-time customer perk or something they always do, but it's greatly appreciated. This place wasn't half bad. The service was nice, sitting in my car and watching them change my oil was kind of cool :D but they kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I just wanted my oil changed, but they "highly recommended" getting my transmission drained (for $70), servicing my cooling system ($80), and changing a few other parts that were fine (would've been around another $60-$70).
