Update 7/13/2019: 1. Nationwide's insurance investigator checked out my truck yesterday and determined that Oil Stop definitely caused the problem. Nationwide will make some type of payment. We shall see. 2. I should have mentioned that Josh the district manager wrote to me on 7/3 apologizing for the way things were handled. That was good. 3. The guys in the shop itself, with Fernando as manager, were actually friendly and helpful. It was upper management that threw this into a much bigger mess than it needed to be.

Great and wonderful service. Great value. I felt highly comfortable saying, "no thank you" to additional services that my car probably needs and asking for clarifications about my car and how certain parts work. Shoutout to Julian, Boris, and Eric. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Called in to see if I was able to get an oil change for an Audi A7! I drive 30 minutes to the shop for them to tell me they needed me to get an air filter. Wasted my time.

This is my second time visiting Oil Stop! I love how fast, reliable, and thorough their services are. They've always been so kind and never pushy with any other promotional sales they offer. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are and the techs are so friendly! They are always in good communication with each other as well! I can always rely on them for a great service and I will continue to come back here! Thanks Oil Stop!!

Such a nice crew and they were so kind!! Free bottle of water while you give me a list of services you will provide me? Yes, please! I went with basic oil change and it was quick. The laundry list of services needed was great to know. I will check with when it was last serviced and/or come back later.

Eric and his team are awesome!!! They are soooo polite and know what they are doing. In fact a few months back i had an issue with my car based on the oil change that I received with them and he handled it like a boss and professionally! Need an oil change? Come here! Thank you gentlemen!

Fantastic service from great staff! I felt cared for right when I pulled up. They are fast, knowledgeable, and very courteous! I've been to so many different oil change places and I always felt disappointed and discriminated against because I was a young girl. Not this place! They treated me like a friend! They kept me updated as they did each step on my car. I felt like they wanted to give me the best service possible, and they really did. David is my current new favorite human! He was the guy who worked on my car when I came by. One of the nicest people I've met, especially in a fast paced customer service setting. I drove up, there was no wait for me (11:30am on a Saturday), and I was greeted with top notch service. I know Nothing about cars, but David helped me, was incredibly kind, and didn't pressure me to do anything additional (of the 33-point assessment they do complimentary). I was done in 20 minutes! Really glad I came in! Also, you get a free drink!

I brought my dad's car in last week for an oil change. I really like that you can just pull in and the friendly mechanics will just work on your car without you having to leave your vehicle. They offer you complimentary drinks while you wait. I also like that they recommend procedures and products, but they don't pressure you into purchasing anything extra than what you came there for.
