I've been coming here for years and always experience great service by the guys. David and Fernando are funny and very friendly. I trust these guys and will continue to get my oil change here!
I have been going to the Oilstop on Saratoga for well over 20 years. I have always loved the service and their overall capabilities. I went there today and got the bum's rush. All bays were full but no one else was in line. The guy came out and said "It's going to be over an hour wait, is that okay?" I asked why and he said that the guys were going to start taking breaks and it would take a while. WTF, over. First time coming here from a recommendation and will def be coming back! The service alone was amazing, the mechanic { Julian } was very helpful and quick! Prices are good in comparison to other places, like the idea that it's a stop and go style place. Definitely recommend!
Been coming here for the last three years and these guys go above and beyond every time . Never go anywhere else to change my oil. Best service in the valley for sure.

One of the best things about this place, and there are many, is that once you are a customer, you can drop in to have your fluids and fires topped off for free. Idk how long after they service your car they will continue to do it, but it's great for between oil changes!
Update 7/13/2019: 1. Nationwide's insurance investigator checked out my truck yesterday and determined that Oil Stop definitely caused the problem. Nationwide will make some type of payment. We shall see. 2. I should have mentioned that Josh the district manager wrote to me on 7/3 apologizing for the way things were handled. That was good. 3. The guys in the shop itself, with Fernando as manager, were actually friendly and helpful. It was upper management that threw this into a much bigger mess than it needed to be.
Great and wonderful service. Great value. I felt highly comfortable saying, "no thank you" to additional services that my car probably needs and asking for clarifications about my car and how certain parts work. Shoutout to Julian, Boris, and Eric. I'll definitely be coming back again.
Called in to see if I was able to get an oil change for an Audi A7! I drive 30 minutes to the shop for them to tell me they needed me to get an air filter. Wasted my time.
