In my first visit at the drive-thru oil change, I truly experienced service with excellence delivered by a team of humble technicians. They were in it to serve and offered juice for my daughter and other beverages for me. My SUV has not been serviced since the pre-covid era so I knew an oil change was my top-end concern. Such a great experience! I brought my car in on a Thursday morning around 10 o'clock. There was no wait, so I pulled right into the stall. I was promptly greeted and everyone that I encountered was wearing a mask and was very friendly. The pricing was listed clearly, which I appreciated greatly. They told me that they would be offering me other extras throughout the service, but that they were not commission based and I could absolutely say no. This place has pretty good and fast oil change service. Be warned though, they try to sell you as much stuff as they can. I'm glad i had someone with me otherwise i might have bought some stuff i didn't need. I went around 9am on a saturday and there was no wait and they finished the oil change and inspection in about 20 minutes
I really like this place and have been coming here for years. Sadly, a number of the guys working today were not wearing masks. I had to ask the guy who approached my window to put his mask on. Really bad business practice during this time
Amazing service, very courteous folks. Not at all pushy. Will definitely be going to them for my oil change needs henceforth. Highly recommend them.
These guys are so nice and efficient I usually hate going to get an oil change, but here you get to pull up and sit in your car
