Wow! I am blown away and so pleasantly surprised with this service. I have never felt so respected and valued as a customer when getting my oil changed. I found Oilstop Drive Thru on Yelp after eating at a local restaurant. I don't live in this area. 1- It all started off with a greeting and an offer for a refreshment. I absolutely love this oil stop. Genuinely friendly and accommodating. What customer service used to be! They do not up sell, you can simply decline what they recommend is only because of what they see. You get what you pay for!
They're just incredible. I came in a couple months ago for a regular oil change. They noticed some minor damage on my serpentine belts, but I was apparently three days past my warranty. Still, they replaced it for no charge! Then a few days ago, there was some trouble with the belts so I went back to have them check it out. Somehow a nut was missing from the belts, which had been causing my car to scream uncontrollably. They took care of it right there, no charge at all. These folks are just the best!
I come here all the time and I always forget to leave a review. I enjoy coming here for the customer service. Everyone that I have come into contact with is very polite and humble. Everyone works together as a team and has a great flow. I know the prices may seem a little on the high end but it's with the service. I like that I get reminders through email and on my calendar, I also like the fact that everything is computerized and they keep track of all your data and notify you of what you may need next. I looked up an oil change service near my work and since I seen that it was a drive-thru, I figured I could do it on my lunch hour. When I called they said it would take about 15-20mins, Perfect! As I pulled up I noticed I would be next and I'd be done in no time. Then about 5 mins later 2 other vehicles pulled up next to me and they happen to be serviced next. Fast, friendly, professional. These guys do a bang up job servicing your car. They throw in a complementary beverage while you wait - that's pretty cool. They also provide 90 day free top offs on the fluids - should you need that. Chevron Supreme motor oil is the product they provide.
Service is great don't get me wrong but they don't let you know that the oil they put on cars is used!! This messed up my vehicle after coming here for years on my car. Found out my car would shake due to the used oil being used and every time I would be due for an oil change, apparently my dip stick was always hot with no oil on it while there was still miles on my car left before it was even due! Oil stop is the best in the Bay Area, hands down! Customer service is top of the line and the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly! I live in San Francisco but will always come back to Oil Stop because of how well I am treated,convenience,prices,customer satisfaction as all of the above! I am blown away on how great this guys are! Forever a customer of this great establishment! They also offer complimentary refreshments while you comfortably wait inside your vehicle! Love you guys!
