I feel like I just walked into a dream. I never knew auto repair experiences could be like this. I was greeted with a smile by 2 wonderful men; Julian and David. They were so kind and happy to help me. They accepted my coupon, no questions asked. It is because of workers like David and Julian that I will be sure to spread the word and come back in the future. Kindness and good customer service makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for all that you do.
Drove up to this drive thru oil change for the first time .i didn't know what to expect. I was parked in the designated spot just outside the drive thru. The two young men just looked on . I'm not sure if they were busy since they just glanced at me then looked away and proceeded to talk . I sat there for a few minutes then I asked do I drive in ? I'd like an oil change how does this work . These two were not the friendliest . I'm not sure if I'd come back but the good thing about it was it was super convenient.
I've come here three times now and it's great having a trustworthy spot near me that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Service - fast and professional. They don't push other services on you after asking the obligatory questions. They wipe down your windows and check your tire pressure, adding air as needed. Perks - you get to stay in your car and they offer you a drink while waiting. Pricing is reasonable. Tips - search online for coupons. I found one for $18 off. Hold up on Saturday at 5:23 PM the guy said the computer was down our services were down and he couldn't work on the car wasted 45 minutes of my time
So I rarely go get my Oil Changed somewhere other then Ford I have as 2016 Ford Fusion. I have been here once before years ago. But I must say I was shocked by the Superve Customer Service was shock Really nice Service Guy New York accent named Boris super nice explained everything all the way through. Offered us drinks for myself and grandson. SERVICE WAS FAST AND WELL EXPLAINED. AND PRICES SEEMED FAIR.
Wow! I am blown away and so pleasantly surprised with this service. I have never felt so respected and valued as a customer when getting my oil changed. I absolutely love this oil stop. Genuinely friendly and accommodating. What customer service used to be! They do not up sell, you can simply decline what they recommend is only because of what they see. You get what you pay for!
They're just incredible. I came in a couple months ago for a regular oil change. They noticed some minor damage on my serpentine belts, but I was apparently three days past my warranty. Still, they replaced it for no charge! Then a few days ago, there was some trouble with the belts so I went back to have them check it out. Somehow a nut was missing from the belts, which had been causing my car to scream uncontrollably. They took care of it right there, no charge at all. These folks are just the best!
I come here all the time and I always forget to leave a review. I enjoy coming here for the customer service. Everyone that I have come into contact with is very polite and humble. Everyone works together as a team and has a great flow. I know the prices may seem a little on the high end but it's with the service.
