I looked up an oil change service near my work and since I seen that it was a drive-thru, I figured I could do it on my lunch hour. When I called they said it would take about 15-20mins, Perfect! As I pulled up I noticed I would be next and I'd be done in no time. Then about 5 mins later 2 other vehicles pulled up next to me and they happen to be serviced next. I still waited patiently then after another 5 mins I got truly upset as I was on my lunch and clearly nobody seemed to explain as to why I was still waiting my turn. ... read more
Fast, friendly, professional. These guys do a bang up job servicing your car. They throw in a complementary beverage while you wait - that's pretty cool. They also provide 90 day free top offs on the fluids - should you need that. Chevron Supreme motor oil is the product they provide.
Service is great don't get me wrong but they don't let you know that the oil they put on cars is used!! This messed up my vehicle after coming here for years on my car. Found out my car would shake due to the used oil being used and every time I would be due for an oil change, apparently my dip stick was always hot with no oil on it while there was still miles on my car left before it was even due! Oil stop is the best in the Bay Area, hands down! Customer service is top of the line and the employees are super knowledgeable and friendly! I live in San Francisco but will always come back to Oil Stop because of how well I am treated,convenience,prices,customer satisfaction as all of the above! I am blown away on how great this guys are! Forever a customer of this great establishment! They also offer complimentary refreshments while you comfortably wait inside your vehicle! Love you guys! A very satisfied customer!
I had been to this location before, and it had been awhile since I had been last. The team was attentive and courteous. They were efficient and quick. I would for sure return. The only reason I give them four stars is that one of the technicians left oily finger prints around the driver side door handle and the handle to the rear door of my access cab (my car is white). Just wish more attention and caution was taken when opening car doors to avoid this. Now I off to the car wash to see if I can remove these finger prints.
I like this place. It's fast and relatively inexpensive. The military-like efficiency of the staff is almost, comical but they seem to get the job done. They do offer some extra services which I have never thought were a good idea. I have my car serviced by a mechanic at least twice a year. If he tells me there's something I need to do I believe him. .
Went in to get my oil change today. Super fast and friendly service. Not pushy at all in terms of selling their other services. Will come back for future services.
Wow in and out in 20 minutes pit stop service with hotel hospitality. jiffy who? Oilstop is a better choice come see this guys work and love what they do and that's keep us save on the road thanks guys!
