This place is great...very friendly, no pressure kind of place. Stopped going to Jiffy lube maybe 5 oil changes ago...I always spend more than I expect but who doesn't. I'm the end, I'm totally happy with this place. Great job guys!!
Service is very fast, friendly and polite. They offer you additional services and tell you up front that there's no pressure you to buy them. If you're thirsty, they offer a free beverage while you wait for them to service your car. They also clean your front and rear windshields for free :) Would definitely recommend
Fernando and his team has the oil change process on lock down. It appears Amir is new, but the way he is responding to the group he his built to be a grease monkey (definitely a compliment!). Great service, very professional and provide examples of fluids that could be changed. I will be back great service!
I've been coming here for more than 10 years. Up until now it's been a Disneyland experience, like an interactive ride- super intense guys doing a pit crew act at high volume. It's still a fine place to get oil changed but the special immersive experience is gone. Today I didn't recognize anyone on the team (for the first time) and the most serious, hardworking guy wasn't there. This experience brought me back the good old days of the 50s and 60s when gas station attendants wore uniforms and offered to wash your windows while your car was serviced. Shout out to the team for running a smooth, almost military trained, servicing of all of their drive thru customers. I was especially impressed with Boris and Julian. Very friendly and focused on excellent customer service!
3 stars because I'm very sad to report that this Chevron Oilstop no longer takes your Chevron card... I've been coming to this location for the past 15 years and am very disappointed. Otherwise I would give 5 stars as the service is always great.

Sar, We're sorry that by discontinuing acceptance of the Chevron gas card we have inconvenienced you. Processing costs to us from Chevron for the gas card were increased (7x) to a point where it didn't make good business sense to continue with the program; one that started 30+ years ago for us. It was a sad day all around when the decision was made.

Wow this place is really good. I literally sat in my car while 3 guys worked on it. Service is excellent . They offered me a soda while I waited . It's very refreshing to see such excellent service . Their mission is "we will serve people with excellence humbly with a servants heart" . They definitely lived up to it . This place is highly recommended
