Such a shame...this use to be a great place to visit but the experience has gotten worse over time. For years I went to this place and it was a fun experience and the team was always pretty solid. I got used to them and they were a great group of guys. Staff changed over the years and so has the quality of the service. My last two visits were pretty poor. Leave the anxiety of visiting service shops at home... sit tight in your vehicle, you're in the most capable hands in the area! Long overdue a mention for this location, the awesome team here have been servicing my Jeep for the past decade, whether oil changes or the range of other things they handle (other fluids, air filters, wiper blades, etc) -- each and every time super professionally, it's been a consistently top notch experience that I always returned to despite moving further away.

They're always friendly and get the job done quick! i get my oil changed there regularly, this visit i also got my transmission fluid changed. they will always show you the level of your oil before and after, which is nice!!! highly recommend them

They try to sell you filter and transmission changes, engine cleaner to flush, techron, etc. Mostly sales focused, no real helpful recommendations. Reminded me of a dealership. Filters online, $12. Filter change in store, $44. Not the most professional either, bunch of guys smack talking previous customers and their cars - masks weren't worn properly and didn't keep distance. Make the drive to Stress Free Auto Care in Milpitas instead.

Amazing service and professionalism. I stopped by today to get my an oil change for my Prius and Eric who helped us was very knowledgeable about what type of oil is needed for my hybrid. He was extremely polite and professional, and the rest of the team were great too. I choose to sit in my vehicle and wait, and Eric made sure I was aware of what he was doing with the car during the oil change. I never knew drive through oil changes were a thing. I'll never go back to conventional oil changes! Great service, friendly staff, and very very fast. Perfect for those in a hurry or anything who doesn't enjoy sitting around and waiting.

Came here to change oil for my boyfriend. It was quick and fast. Also was safe (COVID-19) because service was contactless. Prices were reasonable enough because of how fast it took to change the oil.

Stopped by today for an oil change. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This was probably one of the fastest yet most detailed oil changes I've ever got. I've always dreaded getting an oil change but today that totally changed. Highly recommend this place. Fair prices, great customer service, and quick.
