I went to this place on my way home about 4 months ago. Yesterday I went to my regular spot which is my friends shop and couldn't believe what I saw when my car was on the lift. It looked as if I had an oil leak because the oil filter was not tightened very well. It's not the easiest area to get in and tighten down the filter but to have it barely finger tip tight and leave a damn rag in there to catch the oil is bullshit. I don't know what exactly happened here but I would never go here again after seeing this.

I have been coming here for several years and I have never had such a bad experience as I did today. I brought my vehicle in for a regular oil change, no special requests, nothing extra. My car came in perfectly okay and by the time they were done my car was aggressively shaking. I let a worker know and he told me that it was probably due to the oil change (which had NEVER happened before). I believed him because they are the "experts". Not very happy with my service today. I guess I came in with a nail in my tire. When they put air in my tires the nail came out. Instead of telling me that my tire was losing air they rushed me out of the service station. I will not be coming back.
Julien and Team did an excellent job for me. Oh gosh, my brain is fuzzy on his name (Chris or Nate?) I'm so sorry I forget, but I do remember he did a fantastic job providing excellent customer service. Changed my air filters, cleaned my windows. I've been to the San Mateo location, but the location on Saratoga is superior. Everyone is just more warm and less pushy. In fact, although they are required to offer extra products and services, it doesn't feel fake and forced.
Not a good place to have your oil change here. You can get overcharge. Please check and confirm the price before using the service. It was my first time to get the oil change here. Also, it will be my last.

Good service and fair pricing. The only issue I had was the wait, but aside from that everything else was good!

Tony, Jovonne, Arthur helped me out and victor cleaned my windshield after the service was done. It's a busy shop, so they even offered me water when I was waiting. Very friendly and genuine. Highly recommended. Guys where professional and non pushy for everything extra I may have needed. They checked everything like air pressure and engine air filter. I used the $8 off coupon and They also have me a coupon after my car wash. What a great deal.
Read most reviews and have to agree that the service was attentive, fast, and great. I also concur that the up selling, was a bit on the frequent side. I really just want to be able to go in for an oil change. Regardless, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will be returning. Also want to add that I like to initial and date the oil filters when they are replaced as well as inspect the one that was replaced. Call me paranoid, but you can't call me dumb.
