Marvin, Jacob and Eldon were great! I just moved here from out of state where I always went to Oil Stop. It's great to know that I still have my go to place for oil changes out here in Arizona
I love coming here! No hassle and they are always very fast. They offer additional services, however if you tell them that you are in a rush they won't ask you. All the workers are very friendly. I have been going here for more than a year and I have never had any problems. I have nothing bad to say about it.
Friendly service, no hassles. I often have my own mechanic follow up on services they recommend at the time they suggest just to reassure they are doing right by the customers. So far, so good! Quick and efficient!!
Do not go here unless you want to be pushed all sorts of added services. Plus, they lie! I went in for an oil change. The attendant came by to show me "discoloration" of my transmission fluid. But, I had had my transmission fluid serviced less than 4,000 miles earlier. I told this to the attendant, and he still persisted. I told him he and Oil Stop could not be trusted, and I would never return. By the way, I had the transmission fluid checked by another auto repair shop, and it confirmed there was nothing wrong with it. Oil... read more
I have loved this concept from the first time I tried it. I don't have to schedule an appointment or try to keep myself politely entertained in a sparse lobby, I get to stay in my car and watch and hear the work that is being done to my car. For those of you new to the concept of OilStop you drive up to the garage bay as you would at a typical oil change garage and are greeted with an offer of a cool drink. Then instead of asking you to get out they ask you to drive forward and begin the oil change process. As they reach ste... read more
Drove down for a visit from Minnesota in our RAV4. The Dealer wanted $85 for an oil change 'plus' all the checkups, plus a minimum 2 hour wait even with an appointment. Wanted something a little more professional than a Jiffy type place. Did a Google search and found OilStop on West Ina Road. Pulled in line at 11am on a Tuesday. There are 2 bays, 3 cars in left lane, 2 cars in right lane, I took the right lane. Next to me was a 1-ton Diesel pick - wouldn't want his bill - don't those things take like 400 qts. of oil :o) Even... read more
If you tell them up front that you just want the oil/filter change and that you don't want all the additive stuff they generally don't push the stuff too hard. They are efficient at getting you in and out, but some of the younger guys can be a little insistant on the extra stuff. I did tow cars yesterday and my main complaint is that they gave me so many diet cokes I almost didn't make it home to pee. When a quart of oil is $3-5 it almost doesn't pay to change your own anymore.
I have been going there since the early 90s. Not once have they left filters or plugs loose. Its definitely worth the money. The gas is more expensive because its better for your vehicle. I've tried the rest, now I go to the best! If you're thinking that all drive through oil change places are equal, prove yourself wrong and go to Oilstop. My truck has 200k miles now and they have been changing the oil since it had 80k. Do your car a favor and try it!
Who would pay the prices it charges for fuel? Look around, you can save a bunch!
