Had to get an oil change ASAP and Connor and shawn were on top of things from beginning to end, starting with a warm getting and quick vehicle inspection for lights and externals. Oil change was quick and they let us know every step of the way what was going on. 5 stars for these guys!
Great place and service. They were informative. They Educated me on all the products and made it easy to understand. Everyone was professional and the customer service is great! I will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
Every single employee I had contact with was polite, well mannered and very attentive. Yes, they try to upsell you but they let me know from the beginning that they weren't paid on commission so don't feel bad declining- which I did. Very fast, thorough service AND got a voucher for a free wash at my favorite car wash. Prices were right on par with other places we've used. We get full synthetic so we expect to pay more but they do have a few coupons floating around every now and then. We will be back!
Very quick, efficient service with friendly, respectful staff. May not be best place for introverts or those who have a hard time saying no to additional service options. I enjoyed the interaction
A great place to get you oil changed. You sit in you car as the is performed, includes a beverage and car wash. This way you can see what work is done. The entire crew seems honest, no high pressure sales if additional services need to be done, one no is all it takes if you don't want that service to be done. This was my second visit and plan on many more.
Love coming here for oil changes! I get to stay on my car and they do everything. Very polite and courteous staff I had Laramie and Victor working on my car. Very efficient working young gentlemen. They offer extra services but If you just want the oil changed say so and they will not bother you with anything else. Great experience and very quick which is good because I had my 11 month old in the car with me!
Just once we'd like to find a business that fulfills its promises. This one did not. We took our truck in to have the front end greased. Told them there were 9 places to grease. When we got home we checked the 9 places and found they had only greased 2. Only the upper ball joints. All the other places were dry of grease. If the employees don't know their job then get rid of them or expect more reviews like this one.
Excellent service!! Will be coming back again and again. The staff is informative, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.
Unbelievable customer service. Yes, they ask a million questions and try to upsell products/services but all you have to do is say no thank you if you're not interested.
