So pleased. Impeccable attention to detail. Good price and highest quality products. Yes they offer you things you may want but a simple no thanks suffices and they move on. Also they had the fluids and parts for my 996 which was a pleasant surprise.

This was my first time here based on recommendations from friends and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. You typically go and spend hours waiting even if you have an appointment- not here. They are super fast! But more importantly than the speed it was the workers that made this experience the best. Excellent customer service. Above and beyond expectations. They gave my kids organic juice drinks and popcorn and offered me something to drink, as well. Even got an A/C hose in the car (while they were servicing it) while my car was turned off. Roughly 45 min. from the time I pulled up, until oil change was complete. Kids were comfortable and happy and I got my oil changed with happy, comfortable kids, so that makes me happy.
I have nothing against this particular Oil Stop. Been going here 11 yrs, and Kenroy the manager tried to do the right thing but it's still a corporation. My car had no issues till the day after a $375 service. It over heated. The radiator fluid had been changed but not under vacuum the way this and a lot of newer cars require. Kenroy came to my house to check it. Topped it off, said it was fine now but to stop by the shop next time I drive it. Ernest and his team are awesome. This is my first time and won't be my last. It's definitely an experience if you haven't been. Complementary beverage, they keep you informed to what they're doing the whole time. Just awesome customer service and these guys don't FEEL fake. Legit. Thanks guys!
