The service I received was amazing! Seth and his crew had my oil change done in 10 minutes! I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. Thanks jiffy lube!

Excellent customer service. Above and beyond expectations. They gave my kids organic juice drinks and popcorn and offered me something to drink, as well. Even got an A/C hose in the car (while they were servicing it) while my car was turned off. Roughly 45 min. from the time I pulled up, until oil change was complete. Kids were comfortable and happy and I got my oil changed with happy, comfortable kids, so that makes me happy.

I have nothing against this particular Oil Stop. Been going here 11 yrs, and Kenroy the manager tried to do the right thing but it's still a corporation. My car had no issues till the day after a $375 service. It over heated. The radiator fluid had been changed but not under vacuum the way this and a lot of newer cars require. Kenroy came to my house to check it. Topped it off, said it was fine now but to stop by the shop next time I drive it. Ernest and his team are awesome. This is my first time and won't be my last. It's definitely an experience if you haven't been. Complementary beverage, they keep you informed to what they're doing the whole time. Just awesome customer service and these guys don't FEEL fake. Legit. Thanks guys!

Most annoying place I've ever been to. All they do is constantly bombard you with getting their extra services and they won't leave you alone. Also the guy who was trying to sell me additional services sounded like he was reading off of a script, so that makes me even less trustworthy of these guys. They're just greedy. Avoid this place if you can. They say it's "quick and convenient" but it's just as fast as a regular oil change place, except here you keep getting bombarded with extra services they wanna tack on. Great customer service and very easy. It was busy when I came in today, so the wait was longer than I'm used to, but the people were very nice and helpful. I will be coming back again the next time around. I highly recommend this place!

I had a very negative experience with both Josh and his father Shelby Silverman. Their customer service was a horrid attitude of arrogance. Me and my fiancé bought two vehicles from them. An '05 Ford explorer and '07 Mazda S3. We dealt with Josh throughout the buying process but as soon as we started to have problems I found out his dad actually sold me the Ford so I would have to talk to one about one car and the other about the other car and they were never in the office at the same time. These guys are so pleasant and informative it's almost shocking. They explain everything and have a really nice attitude. Plus they are environmentally friendly and socially conscious. Highly recommended!
