Met us, answered my questions about oil and filter. The service reel brought coffee and coke to the car window, they lubricated the latches on the doors, reset the oil change warning, couldn't have better service.
This place is awful! If I believed everything they said I would have spent over 800.00 getting fluids changed. First they said they were not commission and that all they would do is to let me know the things that need to be completed to keep me SAFE with a servants heart! I should have put it in reverse and left right then. They give you an AC tube and free drinks. You don't have to sit inside a lobby for like an hour. Just chill in the car. Pretty cool place.
Kindness and education This oil change team knows their stuff! If you want to know about your car's maintenance this is the place to go. Stay in your car and receive air conditioning and a cool free beverage or a hot one in the winter. The technicians call back and forth to each other to check safety and that all of the points are completely checked. My husband patronigizes this business and he likes them very much, what we don't like is the constant "up selling", it's as if you had some used car salesman come give you lessons on this "practice" (ugh!") If we NEEDED our transmission, A/C or any other service WE would know and ask for such, STOP ALREADY! please just change our oil and we'll be on our way, otherwise we would give 5 stars.
Ok, lost lost two stars... Why? The relentless up-selling for needless services is starting to grind my gears. They recommended my coolant be changed (flush & fill) when I only drive 3,500 miles/year and it was replaced 18 months previous. Plus it tested perfect at 50/50. The very MOST coolant should be changed is every 30,000 miles (average is 60K -90K miles.) They recommend a Flush and Fill once per year... What!!! Currently getting my first and last oil change here. The initial employee that we saw was trying to rush us through and didn't let us ask questions. He did let us know that our car would take extra oil up front. We waited about 18 minutes in our car before the oil change was started. The whole time we were hearing the employee yelling back and forth to communicate. I'm sure that's what they do normally but it was really annoying to sit and listen to the whole time we were there. This place is a true gem! All my auto needs are taken care of and explained in detail. Definitely the place to get your oil change. Great service. It was a pleasure to get my Honda serviced by Josselyn and Damian. We will be coming back again and again!
This place was amazing! They were unbelievably friendly, quick, and honest. I loved not having to get my kids and I out of the car! They even offered us drinks and popcorn for the wait. They offer military discount, too!
