I had a very negative experience with both Josh and his father Shelby Silverman. Their customer service was a horrid attitude of arrogance. Me and my fiancé bought two vehicles from them. An '05 Ford explorer and '07 Mazda S3. We dealt with Josh throughout the buying process but as soon as we started to have problems I found out his dad actually sold me the Ford so I would have to talk to one about one car and the other about the other car and they were never in the office at the same time. These guys are so pleasant and informative it's almost shocking. They explain everything and have a really nice attitude. Plus they are environmentally friendly and socially conscious. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough about the customer service here!! Every employee is so polite and respectful not only to the customer but to each other. The training this company does with their staff is evident. They are informative without pressuring into extra things. Truly like the Ritz Carlton of oil changes.
What a great experience. Fast, convenient and super friendly. I was in and out of here within an hour. That's including Oil Change, Air filters check, Fluids check/topped off, Air pressure check. The staff here are super friendly and polite. They even offer you a something to drink and popcorn while you wait. A tube with cool air will always be set softly in your car to ensure you are cool during your experience. Before I went, I made sure to read the reviews. I am glad I did. They are definitely A Hard Sell sales model. However as soon as I told them all I wanted was an oil change and the filter changed and that I have read the reviews on Yelp they dropped all the additional propaganda and we're extremely efficient and pleasant. I would not go here at all. First off. I am transgender. I have been a loyal customer to this oil change place before my transition, faithfully attending this place when directed by mileage. I always enjoyed the kindness (to the point of annoyance) of the staff there, and always felt like I got my money's worth there. Marvin, Jacob and Eldon were great! I just moved here from out of state where I always went to Oil Stop. It's great to know that I still have my go to place for oil changes out here in Arizona
I love coming here! No hassle and they are always very fast. They offer additional services, however if you tell them that you are in a rush they won't ask you. All the workers are very friendly. I have been going here for more than a year and I have never had any problems. I have nothing bad to say about it.
