Suffice it to say that I am very unhappy and disappointed. I used to love and appreciate the convenience of having oil changes at Oil Stop. Recently, I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the multi-point service they offer. So I had the service, like I have done many times before. This Place Rocks! The Team Members here are Pro's! I have Ford F150- super reasonable pricing for Oil Change $110! While inspecting and servicing oil system, they check all fluid levels from Transmission to Coolant! Yes, it's an up-sell, but why not, you're there already! I was treated by a very friendly Jeremiah and during my service, he lubed, truck hinges and doors, cleaned windshield, checked air pressure in tires- Just an amazing experience for my 2nd visit!! This was probably the BEST experience I've had getting my oil done. Such a GREAT energy!!! They all work together so well and they seem to really enjoy their job. I will continue coming back to this location as long as I live in this area!!!

I'm super impressed with the service here. Everyone is extremely courteous and professional and they really make you feel welcome. The service is thorough without being pushy and the prices are reasonable. The best part is still the people who work here who really do go above and beyond, and they are the reason I will keep coming back.
Had purchased a used pickup with unknown maintenance. Needed it to be roadworthy for a drive back to Reno. Stopped in, got their 133 Point Service. filter and Oil change, topped off all fluid levels. Filled the tires. Prompt, no nonsense work. Appreciated the great service. Price was exactly what they said it would be.
Updating from 5 to 2 stars. This happened several years ago now, but they overfilled my coolant and caused thousands of dollars of damage. Stick to oil changes at this place. The technician was 19 and didn't know what he was doing. He experimented on the wrong car, ended up having to sell the vehicle because of the damage caused.
OH MY GOD!!! Outrageous.....Never again! The manager and his staff are THE most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. How they can sleep at night knowing they are scamming people, (specially ladies with no car stuff background). Took my daughter's (older) car there to just do a simple oil change (with the "$20 coupon" they sent me in the mail) and ended up getting charged over $150 for everything they "recommended" and when I came home I found out that their price for each item is literally double (if not more)... read more
