I usually use jiffy lube however there are no jiffy lubes in Santa Rosa. I was traveling for work and decided to stop by as my car's oil change came on. Justin helped me throughout the oil change process. He is super helpful and explains to you everything that is being done to the car. They were also able to do the transmission fluid flush for my car. I use it a lot for work so it was a must. They are not very good. They damaged my RV. And then refused to admit that they did. They have very poor service. I would recommend never using them again.
Best car wash in town. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special. They give you a dash wipe and air freshener every time. Also, the vacuums are the best! Very powerful and will get all the little stuff in-between your seats. Highly recommend
Antonio and his team is awesome here. Big shout out to Augustin who was my oil change advisor. Good prices and easy process. I called them and they told me just come by and I was out in 30 mins. They offer you drinks while you wait. Def will come back and recommend to all my friends and family as well.
It is like back in the day when ppl would run up to your car at the gas station and check your oil and clean your windows. They are really old fashioned that way and that makes it a very cinematic experience. Honest too!
Always great service, didn't have to wait 2 hours to get it done and they went above and beyond today trying to figure out how to replace my cabin air filter. We couldn't get to it but they tried for a good amount of time. And every time you come they give you a free car wash!

come in often for oilstop car service which is great. Been man different makes of cars here over the 15 years. I took my girlfriends car for a full interior carpet clean before selling it which cost about $150.00 . No complimentary coffee and the lady didn't even try getting a cup of coffee from the oilstop side. She was a Hispanic lady but she didn't really care and probably not the happiest person there lol no biggie .
