Great service, good value and very fast oil change! What I mostly like about it is that they're not going to tell you something that is not.
I love this location! Only place I'll go to get my oil changed. They're always super friendly. The first thing they do is offer a beverage before service. They let you know of any service they would recommend before doing it as they check out the car but are not pushy in trying to up charge. I honestly dont know much about cars and have an old jeep. Super convenient oil change station adjacent to chevron gas station on corner of Saratoga Avenue and Kiely cross section. Quality of service is excellent! The guys here like their jobs and it shows . They ask you questions and tell you each step by step process of what they are doing & make recommendations. The crew doesn't mind if you let them know you don't want any add ons just the oil change. From the moment I drove up to the moment I drove away. Excellent customer service will be going back there and using them.
No waiting the day I arrived, just pulled right in. The technician that waited on me was very clear on what each service I requested would include as far as oil, type etc. I was very satisfied with my experience. I'll return the next time my car is ready for fluid changes.
Never been on a drive thru oil change first time doing it and man these guys are good. Professional at its best. Fast and easy.
Very friendly staff and they seem to care about what they do. I will not be going back to jiffy lube. This place is a little cheaper and they do a lot of extra services that are included with the oil change that jiffy lube doesn't do.

My husband and I took his work truck to get it clean but when they call us that it was ready you could still see dust in the dashboard and crumbs on the seat. We turned around and spoke to one of the workers and basically told us that if we didn't like the way they "cleaned" the truck to not use their services.
