Not a good experience at all. There were only 2 cars in front of and it took me almost 2 hours to be served and then additional 30 minutes for the service(which is fine). They could tell I was frustrated , they didn't offer any empathy for the super long wait time. I'm sorry but just a horrible experience, who has time to set aside 3 hours for an oil chane
Literally the best and cutest service... they all yell to each other.. the steps that they are doing... they seem to have fun and keep the communication going... just think it's cute... and also.... About my 5th time here... great service and my car seems to like it too....
love getting my oil changed here! it's the only place i go too to get that service done. i love that i don't have to step a foot out the door and all the mechanics are friendly and warm. they even offer you a free beverage as you are waiting to get your oil changed! whole process takes around 30 minutes. yes they do try to upsell with different services, but a simple no is all that's needed and they politely move forward! no hassle with that so don't let the other bad reviews deter you from coming here concerning that issue.... read more
Alex and Emilio performed excellent customer service. They were very attentive and provided a lot of good information. Very through and seemed like they understand how customer service is supposed to done. I also appreciated all the options and took the time to educate me on the current status of the filters, oil and other fluids. They checked my tire pressure and showed me where to find that info on the vehicle for future reference. I would recommend this place for friends and family. Even grandma ! Thanks guys great job
Today was my first time getting an oil change at Oilstop. I probably won't be going back to jiffy lube again after today. Alejandro and Robert both gave excellent service and were very friendly and informative. The whole thing also took way less time than I'm used to. They are a little more expensive, but the difference in quality of service is noticeable. Thank you all again!

Oil Stop has a classic and honest approach to their service. It is extremely refreshing to have their level of care in a world where there it seems to be less of a priority. Alexander was excellent and gave us a great experience. We were offered cold beverages, and everything was explained. Alexander provided us with his expert observations and let us know about a potential coolant leak. This was my first time with Oilstop. In the past, I use my friend's Rover shop for oil changes when in for service, but haven't needed much in the way of svc this past year and I was do for oil changes on a couple Land Rovers. What can I say - havent had a "cool" experience for an oil change before? Lol. Def bringing the other truck here when due. Very detailed, very professional, very effecient.
