Waited in line for over 2 hours. Checked in by the first attendant who quoted a price to me. Second attendant provided the written quote to me, (as I had at this time pulled into the garage after 2 1/2 hours of waiting), and they provided a total price that was well over double the amount from the first attendant's estimate to me for the same oil change request. Employee put the floor mat over the gas pedal. I very nearly crashed into a car after accelerating if not for pulling my hand and emergency brakes and coming to an instant stop. I mean I could've checked before driving, but it didn't cross my mind that they would put my floor mat over the gas pedal. 2 stars because I know it was an accident.

Stopped by for a quick oil change. Waited around 45 minutes due to short staffing. The person who waited on me was polite and knowledgeable. However he tried endlessly to up sell expensive oil. I told him what oil I wanted in my engine and he finally agreed after 10 minutes of arguing. I was also charged extra for an oil filter because it wasn't a spin on filter. I went on my lunch break for an oil change. Took a little longer than I expected but it was well worth the excellent proper full service. Customer service and professionalism was on point. Will definitely recommend and return.
The basic car wash and dry was fast and efficient. It seemed like even the bottom of the car was sprayed. Worth ten bucks.
Most expensive oil change I have ever done. Will not be back. The service was OK, but they try to up sell you on everything.
Always professional service from the staff manning the payment kiosks. Outstanding updates to entire facility.

Went to have my oil changed at Oilstop yesterday and although it's a bit more expensive than what I normally spend it was well worth it. The service from their employees were amazing. I had windshield wipers and a new engine filter which they changed for free. Gave me other options to prolong the life of my car (i didn't do them on this trip and I never felt pressured). The employees were very courteous and professional and fast. Highly recommended!
