Everyone was so nice! Fidel Ramirez, the manager, was so patient and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and was very nice and made it so easy! Definitely will return for another oil change!
This was my first time here. I called and spoke with David, the manger over the phone. He provided the wait time and the process to which I made my decision to go down for my oil change. The staff, Kory and Collin serviced my car. Let me tell you- their manners and polite disposition has me sold as a new returning client. As a Manager of a financial institution myself, I value the importance of customer service, class and etiquette. This place is great. Thank you to their Manager, David and staff, Collin & Kory.
Had my daughters car detailed ! Omg they did such an AMAZING FREAKING JOB ! All the stains out the seats - so immaculate - looks like a bran new vehicle ! Only 246$ they didn't miss a nook or cranny !! So happy !! Thanks again she has a 2016 Toyota Corolla and was a hot mess now looks like a 2023 !!
I am looking at some of these reviews that are negative. I don't understand. I am here twice a week washing my car. Has there been soapy film left on it, yes a couple times, does the dryer not work sometimes completely? Yes once in a while, things malfunction, that's life! But they are always friendly and willing to re-wash the car Or make it right, so I don't see the problem there. I have been using this oil stop for years never a problem. Today I went in for a basic oil change. After waiting in line in the parking lot I was directed to an opening on the right. After I moved another fellow directed me back to the left hand slot. Ready to enter NN now move back to the right stall. After starting things looked normal, then our service tech just disappeared. I couldn't be happy with everything I experience going to oil stop. It literally takes all the pressure away from having to sit and wait in a smelly waiting room plus my kids love it. We all get to relax in our car while everything is taken care of. I also think the price for the quality of work is pretty superb. It really is a one-stop shop it makes everything very easy. I LOVE these guys!!! I went to Valvoline and there was a line and so I decided to just drive the extra couple miles and head over to Oilstop.... As usual, I was greeted by a smiling and friendly tech named Angel. He asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. He welcomed me back and proceeded to explain the who process. Service started out great, but then Greg left to work on another car and I sat there with the hood open for 15 minutes with nothing happening. Then Byron took over; he said he didn't know why I had to wait so long because he just got to work. He couldnt find the interior cab filter and at this point I had been there an hour. I always drive by this car wash and noticed it seems to be always very busy with lots of workers outside cleaning/finishing the cars up as they come out of the car wash. So last month I decided to take my Toyota Tundra there for a car wash for the first time. You drive up to the entrance of the car wash, and you leave your keys in the ignition and then someone they drives your car through their automated car wash.
