Be careful what you ask for. If you ask for a simple oil change they will still give you the more expensive synthetic oil. My husband and I were charged $60 while my son was charged $105. When I called the manager Julio to clarify he said they only do what is asked. Sounds like they knew they could get some extra bucks out of a teenager that didn't know better. His only offer to fix was a discount for next time, nothing to make it better this time. Won't be going back.
absolute nightmare. I'm almost 60 and this is the worst oil change experience I've ever had. pulled into an empty bay and it still took about an hour. they have so many different people doing different things that they forget to do stuff. they didnt put back on the bolt that holds on transmission fluid dip stick. they are mainly there to upsell even when its not needed. stay away from this place

Everyone was very helpful and I was never pressured to buy any service I told them I didn't want. They even offered me a free drink! My car is an '84 so it took some unique parts they didn't have, but they went above and beyond to source those parts for me. The oil change was slightly pricey, but I think it's 100% worth it for how great the quality of service is.

Great place for oil change and a quick but thorough checkup on other fluids. You stay in your vehicle while they work. A complimentary drink is offered and a coupon for free carwash too! Friendly staff is a big plus, I recommended this place 100%.

First yelp review ever, but just irritated enough to take the time to post this. Upselling interruptions and long wait times I can deal with (I know the drill) but for the third time in a row they slopped oil when changing the filter or draining/adding oil, which then drips onto my otherwise nice driveway at home. Attempts to scrub the stains out are only partially successful. I have asked them the last two times to be more careful, but if that is too difficult at least wipe down spills if they occur. I just left a message on the Oilstop survey request form. It was sent to me after I got an oil change there yesterday. My concern that I want to share today is that Oilstop is falsely claiming that they are using Chevron Supreme motor oil. I requested that oil, in that their advertising seems to indicate that they carry Chevron Supreme oil. They do not. They're so all so friendly and helpful!! It's inexpensive but they'll tell you what you need to do to keep your engine healthy. Topped off all my fluids for me during my oil change too. I had never used these guys before today. I took in my Mazda3 and got what I asked for. great service, good price and was happy. decided to bring in another vehicle the same day asked for conventional oil again like before. Was surprised when the service was finished and the cost was double what I paid before. My oil cap says Dexos so they used a more expensive oil and changed me for it.
