Always a pleasure coming here. They provide you options and are very helpful. They also offer you a complimentary beverage while you wait in your car.
The queueing system needs to be reconsidered. I got stuck in a queue for a bay that took a lot longer than others. Three other cars which arrived after me ended up getting serviced before me. Otherwise, nothing special or notable.
Staff was AMAZING!!! But had to go through the carwash twice and it still wasn't clean. Windshield still had multiple spots that has bugs still on it. Couldn't seem to clean the back of our SUV. FOR $18 I won't be be going back. I had high hopes
I came in for a seat detail. I was told it would take two hours, and it wasn't cheap either. It took 45 minutes. I told the guy who washed it that if the stains come back up, I'd be bringing it back. Guess where I am? Total waste of time. I wish they would have taken the two hours to do a good job.
Went a few weeks ago when they had a promotion for a free car wash. Was fairly impressed. Their machinery did a pretty good job at cleaing the car. Nothings beats a good hand wash, but compared to other machine wash locations, this one did really well. Even the air dryer at the end is powerful! Almost no water droplets left when exiting the wash! I see that others have gotten dash wipes and air freshners, that must have been a promotion because I did not get those at all. convenient, one stop shop for oil changes + additional vehicle needs. Crew does a solid job of communicating throughout the process. will be back for my oil change needs moving forward.

Visited today on 8/16/23. Took about 30-40 mins total. While everyone was nice, there was a huge miscommunication problem between one of the employees and me due to all of the noise, which resulted in my being charged $217 for oil & coolant when I initially went in for 1 thing--a $85 oil change. The guy spoke low in comparison to the noise so I thought he said that the coolant was $24.99, but turned out to be $124.99. I've been taking my car here since living in Tucson, and they've been great every time. Very straightforward with what they're doing each step of the oil change. They try to sell you things along the way, but there is no pressure to add anything additional. They provide beverages while waiting in your car as well as a free car wash. Overall a good value for the service received.
I've had many oil changes at this place. Everyone here goes above and beyond. They definitely know what they're talking about. If it wasn't for them, my Chrysler 200 would have been done for. Before I got my Chrysler, I had a Chevy Impala and these guys and gals still went above and beyond for that car. The oil changes are always reasonable, and they give discounts and free car washes I'll always come here. I plan on moving to Fresno soon and if I do, I'll still make this my go to oil change spot!
