Like everyone is stating, damage to side mirrors are happening, both times through my left truck mirror almost broke off,

I wanted to update my review. I tried twice to get an oil change here, to no avail, the wait time was just too long (not enough employees). I did manage to get in on the third attempt (I'm stubborn, and I don't like to give up). The wait was around 30 minutes, plus my service, so it was about 1-hour total. Service was decent, the techs were nice, but they also stiff around a lot talking to each other in front of me rather than working on the car. They've been servicing our 2008 Honda civic for past few years, honest and reliable. Before that they helped my mom with her Corolla, she never had any complaints about the service. She especially liked the fact that she was able to speak in Spanish and could understand them.

I'm finished I usually like their wash and dry service but today they fell short didn't clean the inside of the car very well at all only wipe the dash down the pictures can show you all the dirt and stains that they should have wiped off for $30 plus a five dollar tip. I expect a better service.
I went here thinking I was going to the same OilStop that I used to go to but at a new location. That wasn't the case. They were nowhere near as professional, nowhere near as clean, nowhere near as knowledgeable nowhere near as friendly. Did they change my oil? Yes. I've since gone to auto lube on North Sunrise and got my original wonderful care back.
I usually go to a my car dealer for service but since my car is older I decided to try Oilstop for a quick oil change. I was impressed by their service. They are fast. I got a friendly greeting. I was offered a drink while I waited in my car. The technicians recommended other services, but they weren't pushy and don't make you feel guilty for refusing the added service. Damn. Took them an hour just to open the hood. No communication in-between waiting. I left to the oil stop by hooters and they were 100 percent more professional(even offered drinks while we waited) was out of there in less than an hour.

Went into Happy's Drive-thru car wash last Saturday and while inside my side mirror was completely ripped off of my car. I'm a regular of this establishment and sadly won't be returning. I'm not the type to yelp about places because I understand things happen and everything can't go perfectly but the manager never got back to me and it wasn't until the following Saturday that the assistant manager reached out to tell me that they will not pay for the damage that THEY did.
