Dropped in this place at 8:30 am and was out by 9:15 am. Not only do they change your oil but they check all your fluids, check the air pressure in your tires, clean your windshield and make recommendations for other preventative items but without pressure. They are professional and courteous. You remain in your car during the service. There was one car ahead of me and the entire process took an hour. It is first come first serve, no appointments.
IMO as a local Santa Fe resident, this is the ONLY place to have your car washed and oil changed. The service people are polite and attentive making sure you're happy with how clean your car is. They take time to make sure you leave well satisfied. The waiting room is IMMACULATE, and easy to sit and wait; outside seating is also available!

I have been coming to this Chevron Oil Changer for as long as it's been open. I drive from a Palo Alto to San Mateo. Every car I own comes to this oil changer why? Best service, full service, nice people, air filters and all the good things I like to add to my service. If you want a clean oil change from a clean shop with knowledgeable and good staff come to San Mateo Chevron Oil Changers ! I love them!!!

awesome friendly service! i pulled in about 4 minutes to 6 & they greeted me with a smile & were thorough, quick, & friendly! i couldnt believe the high level of customer service this place had especially at the last minute!! their prices were reasonable & they weren't pushing uneccessary extras. i will continue to go back for all of my car maintenance needs.
Tyrone and the rest of the guys really do a great job, taking pride in their job and making sure customers feel comfortable. I know this was just an oil change but seeing these guys at work enjoying themselves providing excellent customer service really made an impression. Highly recommend. Thanks fellas.

Great service, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The price is close to what I usually pay for fully synthetic at other places and I recommend Mobile 1 oil. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me how I may want to change my drain plug next time due to another shop damaging the head. I went a head and had them replace it. They also checked my tire pressure and lubed my door hinges. I will be going back.

I just came in to get my oil changed and ended up with quite a few extras that I was in need of. I found everyone to be so kind and welcoming, they even gave me a Diet Coke. Charles especially stands out - he was humble, kind, extremely honest and I immediately trusted him. I will be back!

The people who work here at work extraordinarily nice. I did not get my offered water but I did get $185 oil change in a mini Cooper which is absurd. They nickel and dime you they charge $65 just to look at your car, I didn't understand what that meant. I was sure he told me it was seven dollars a quart for oil. I've never had it broken down that way. I've always gotten the whole price before this type of piece meal.
