Not a pleasant experience. The loud, sing-songy military style back and forth dialogue between the employees had a chance to be charming if the service was sharp and prompt. Instead it was odd and annoying. When I pulled up the employee spoke inaudibly, had to ask him to repeat himself twice. Then he asked if I wanted coffee while I waited which was nice, but he asked if I wanted cream, I said yes, and he brought over lukewarm black coffee then disappeared. I stopped by because of a post that said this place had gotten new machines and was giving out free car washes for a grand opening. It was great! Everyone was really friendly and it was a good deal. I'll be back!

Happy that this carwash is so convenient and did a great job on washing my car. The self-vacuuming cleaning availability is a real plus for me. The person who greeted me to explain about their different memberships had a big smile on his face, a great way to brighten the day even when waiting in line to get into the carwash (and I am in Petaluma not Schaumburg)

Love this place! We have a membership and missed it while it was closed. The employees are always awesome, my kids love all the lights in the wash, and they were doing some sort of event with free cookies!

I just took my Prius through this car wash and, unlike the one that used to be here, it did a great job, even on the back. And the guys were really friendly.

I went in for an oil change after seeing the reviews here and was expecting that it would be a relatively good experience for a car-service errand, but I still managed to be pleasantly surprised. I expected long wait times due to the helpful other reviews and happened to not wait very long, maybe due to the timing of my visit. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable, trying to genuinely help you better understand your car without pressuring additional services or costs. Will definitely be going back

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. This is the second time I was overcharged. First time I thought it was an honest mistake on their part, but now a second time I got overcharged $40. Was verbally told a certain price and signed receipt for a certain price, but then checked my bank account and was overcharged for a second time. Manager did nothing to rectify the situation. My Oil Stop experience in Roseville, CA was wonderful from start to finish. The techs were very friendly and got the job done quickly. The manager, Cary, kept a close eye on things and was very personable as well. Appreciated the free diet coke!

I went there today to get my oil changed. The last change was last year but I had not driven much. Not only they took good care of me to offer me beverages and making me feel welcome, I was advised to skip the oil change because the oil had life due to less usage. This is great experience and I would strongly recommend such honest business.
