I'm still sitting in the car as I write this. Fidel has been nothing but informative and helpful for real. Even put air in my tires to make sure all were the correct pressure. Not sure what the privileged 1 star lady complaining about a rag on her exhaust was talking about. At the end of the day she was happy with the oil change. This is a great spot to bring your car. In NBA Terms: Oil Stop is Austin Reaves for the Lakers. I didn't expect them to go for 30 today. Great job my guys.

Had a wonderful experience this morning at your location! Maya was absolutely wonderful, and very tentative! She explained every step clearly so that I understood everything that was being done to my vehicle. Offered to replace my windshield wiper blades something I didn't even realize that I needed!

Definitely recommend this car wash they really did a great job in improving everything not to mention the staff is just amazing. Got to speak with the manager Fernando and super nice gentleman very professional!! I needed help with putting on my plates and with no hesitation he helped out very great customer service. Overall loved the way my car turned out very convenient place to go to! They need to open one in Santa Rosa that would be a huge hit.

I always used to go to the Mendocino Ave car wash but recently switched to this one due to long wait times at Mendo. My car is always done quickly and efficiently here. The staff is a bit friendlier than the place I am used to and prices are average. If your in the RP area or don't want to wait an hour for a car wash I definitely recommend this car wash.

The service itself is great but the time management is not. The service techs that do the actual work are great and everyone is friendly, t the place and flow is unorganized. The wait times are much longer than needed do to the lack of organization. This used to be a much better experience. You pay a premium for the quick arrive time but that is no longer the case.
Fidel was quick. He moved from car to car keeping things moving. Also keep me informed of what he was doing do my vehicle. Another tech was under the vehicle, but didn't get his name. He was quick under car changing the oil and came up to clean the windows. A third guy moved between cars, but was kind of slow, compared to the others, maybe learning? Either way, great job team.
I've been bringing my four cars to this place for more than 20 years. I describe the place to friends as a Jiffy Lube that has been taken over by the Marines. The manager is always smiling and friendly. The whole staff is great. Well run! A shout out to Jessie, who got my windshield cleaner that it's ever been since it was new.
