It should not take this long to get a service they did not even warn me it was gonna be more than like a two hour wait when I have a list of stuff to be done nonetheless having to sit in my car off in the heat. Not happy Have A a lot of stuff to get done today is not expecting more than two hours here.

Been reading all the reviews and I agree with the not so good ones. Took my car in for the free wash when they had the grand opening (I seldom use a credit card to sign up for anything, especially for car washes membership). Well, car came out somewhat clean. Had to bring my door mirror back into position as it almost got torn off going through the wash. Took my car here for an oil change and they tried to upcharge me more than double. All I got was the oil change. I've taken my car to other oil stop locations in the past and never had any issues. I asked for an explanation why this visit was particularly more expensive and the technician said it was because I drive an SUV, it takes more oil. Needed an Oil Change in a hurry, stopped by and wow! Hands down best oil change service I experienced. The technicians were polite, very helpful, and even offered me a beverage as I waited. I myself am in the service industry and to the team and management thank you and your doing an amazing job! I highly recommend this location if you ever need an oil change.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had while getting an oil change. Very professional, friendly and they tell you exactly what's wrong with your car. Would 1000% come back again. They just gained a new customer.

I needed my oil changed before driving up to Idaho so I stopped through. I was immediately offered a cold beverage and talked through everything they'd be offering. They oiled the hinges on my doors, washed my windows, topped off my fluids, and checked my tires pressure all for free. Ricardo helped me out through the whole thing and was so polite! I'd definitely recommend coming here, everyone's friendly and efficient!
