First trip: I stopped in to have the oil changed on my commuter and, Lo! this place was pretty great. Quick, thorough, polite, and a soda to boot. My second trip in was to get the oil changed on my truck. Because of the condition of the oil (good) they didn't think that a change was necessary, topped off fluids and sent me on my way.
Was loyal customer for 10 years. Brought my truck back into to Oil Stop after a few thousand miles because it was severely leaking oil that they serviced!! Tech looked @ it for 1 minute and gave some b.s. story that filter was fine and sent me away?!?! Brought to dealership for oil change a week later and leak was gone after basic oil change!! Oil Stop techs failed to properly install basic Toyota filter. 100% failure on proper seal for Toyota Tundra here. Sent me away because they really weren't interested in a return custo... read more

This is my usual place when I need to have my cars serviced. I've always had a positive experience with the staff. Yesterday (while having my daughter's car oil changed), I took out my completed customer loyalty card (a free oil change after 6 services). The person said that they ended the program about a year ago but still honored my card. I would have understood, given the current circumstances, that they might not allow me to use it but they were true to their word. I use this business regularly when I am in need of servicing and they are the consummate professionals. They do a top-notch job at a reasonable price and there is no pressure to "upsell" any products. Today was no exception...but better. I was part of their regular customer benefits program (free oil change on the 6th visit). I was unaware that they discontinued the program...but, they honored it anyway. What a class act! They understand customer service and work their hardest to ensure that everybody leaves satisfied.
Great experience. Staff very warm, polite, professional. They walk you through every step, show you the new and the old parts being replaced. Offer complimentary beverages throughout. Recommended services, replacement parts but I did not feel pressured to do any of them. Upfront about how long the wait might be when you get there. All-and-all a great experience, I have no complaints, would definitely come back assuming prices don't change significantly (which has happened for follow-up visits at competing shops).
WOW amazing. Top service by Andrew and Ernesto. Unlike many automotive places, these folks are real and honest. No games no upsell BS. They even topped up my oil free. I don't trust most in the automotive business, but these folks are the real deal. I would send my elderly mother there knowing they would not rip her off. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking honest service. And most of my reviews on Yelp are not positive, so this is a significant experience to make me write this . Wow 5 Star service.
So easy to get hooked in by signing in with credit card - BUT once signed up for monthly service there is no way to CANCEL!!! Website does not allow that option & no phone number! This appears to be a deceptive business practice.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now. They tell you what your car needs but no pressuring when it comes to add ons. They're very sweet and accommodate with beverages as well while you wait. There's always coupons online to use for your service as well!
I used them and petaluma lakeville station, I skipped the funky original Petaluma Washington as I did not get a friendly vibe from the employee as first out of his mouth was 45 minute wait. I choice Rohnert park and lakeville locations which provided outstanding and consistent service, friendly and respectful employees.
